Thoughts of Class 2 on their visit to the Tutankhamun exhibition

On Wednesday 10th April Class 2 and 3 went to the Tutankhamun Exhibition in Bristol.

We went there because we were learning about Egypt history.

I learnt that Anubis is the god of death.

I discovered that they played a
game like chess.

I enjoyed looking at the Anubis.

The best moment was writing the Hieroglyphs.

On Wednesday afternoon Classes 2 and 3 went to the Tutankhamun Exhibition.

I learnt that he died when he was 18.

I also discovered that Horus was a bird.

I enjoyed looking at the scarab-beetle
the most.

The best moment was looking at the throne because it was made of pure gold.

On Wednesday 10th April Class 2 and Class 3 went to the Tutankhamun Exhibition in Bristol.

We went there because at school we are learning about Ancient Egypt. When we got there we split into two groups.

I learnt the names of goddesses. Bastet was the cat goddess.

Hathor was the name of the cow goddess. A Falcon bird was also a goddess.

I also discovered that Tutankhamun rode on a cheetah's back because the cheetah would protect him when he had to fight the demons.

I enjoyed looking at the things because they were interesting.

The best moment was when we looked at the Shiot.
