Presented Annual Statement of Financial Transactions Balance Sheet and list of main expenditure

Record profits on both Bonfire (£2000) event and Christmas Fair (£800)

Election of Members

Judith Sales stepped down as Chair

Elected - Mike Gibbs Acting Chair and Julia Churchly Acting Vice Chair

Dawn Lane continues as Treasurer

Lyn Hemming continues as Secretary

Appeal for new members to be arranged via a school recruitment drive on last day of term 19^th December, 1.30 til 2.15 serving mulled wine and mince pies.

Memorial Garden circa £700

Extension to Trim Trail circa £500

Playground Painting

Outside lockable storage

Greenhouse for Gardening Club

New Signs for Christmas Fayre

Forthcoming Events

May Ball decide if we are going ahead and date of event 20^th May 2006 proposed. Theme should be general black tie and ball gown.

20^th April Stirrup Cup 7.30pm
