Around the Village
The Court House can be found on Bear Pitch. It was used as a court from about 1850. |
Just along the road from the Court House is the Lock Up which is where people were put over night before they went for trial. |
We remember people who died in the wars by putting poppy wreaths on the war memorial on Remembrance Sunday. Remembrance Day is on November 11th. |
